В минувший понедельник в Балашихе завершился очередной курс Випассаны, который проходил с 1 по 11 мая. И это оказался самый большой по численности курс за последние годы - в нем приняли участие 59 человек. ↩️

Добрый день! С 1 по 11 мая в Балашихе пройдет курс Випассаны с Сая Роджером. Если вы уже были на наших ретритах ранее и у вас есть желание присоединиться к курсу, но нет возможности приехать в центр, напомним, что проходить курс можно удаленно, онлайн. Для этого вам нужно обеспечить себе дома похожие условия (исключить контакты и общение, придерживаться предписаний) и иметь доступ к интернету. К медитациям и дискурс…

Дорогие друзья☀️ Недавно завершился наш 10-дневный курс Випассаны. И чтобы поддерживать практику между курсами мы планируем провести очередной уикэнд Анапаны с 16 по 21 мая🙏🏼 Выезд возможен на 3 дня выходных, либо на 5 дней (полный курс Анапаны) - окончательное решение по количеству дней мы примем после сбора заявок от всех участников. 🌱Мы соберемся в загородном ретритном центре, чтобы провести эти дни в тишине, вдал…

В минувший понедельник, 10 марта, завершился очередной 10-дневный курс Випассаны, который прошел в доме практик «Восточное крыло» в Балашихе, Московской области. 36 участников ретрита практиковали медитацию успокоения ума (Анапана) и мудрости, инсайта (Випассана) под чутким руководством и с доброй помощью нашего Учителя Сая Роджера Бишоффа. Вкусную и здоровую вегетарианскую пищу для нас готовили в этот раз наши студ…
