10. Сборник стихов Кутилова . Естественно, я не мог обойтись без сборника стихов Аркадия Кутилова в издании которого принял участие. Многие стихи читал впервые. Подойдет тому, кто еще его не читал) И, конечно, любит поэзию. Люблю его рекомендовать, так как многие про него ничего не слышали и почти всегда реакция одинакова - почему о нем так мало известно.

Если говорить про нас, то в уходящем году мы выросли. В следующем году можем прогнозировать, что наш рост даже ускорится. В достаточно пассивном режиме в некоторых городах рассматриваем предложения по аренде, где-то уже ведем переговоры, где-то по тихому строимся. Но при этом мое мнение такое, что во времена дорогих денег и экономической нестабильности - лучше обращать внимание на текущие процессы и их эффективнос…
Думаю, что в этом году и особенно в его конце у меня абсолютный рекорд по количеству предложений по аренде помещений или покупке других заведений. Во всех городах нашего присутствия - и даже в тех, где нас пока нет. Не помню такого вала закрывающихся заведений - или тех, кто ещё делает вид, что не закрывается, но уже ищет покупателя - ни в 2022 году, ни в 2020. И в целом есть твёрдое ощущение, что в следующем году…
Я решил в конце года выполнить все свои планы по подкастам. Хотя до этого не так часто в них участвовал. Спасибо всем за приглашения. В ближайшие дни выйдет еще один.
