Конечно, волна популярности после выпуска Netflix не прошла бесследно. Тут подают горы насекомых – знаменитых мексиканских умами, которые в реальной жизни добавляют совсем немного в сальсы и используют как специи. В тако безбожно кладут горсти гусано (гусеницы, живущие на агаве), чикатано (муравьев), и даже их яйца. На вкус очень мощно, главное – не смотреть на содержимое слишком долго перед первым укусом.
