У меня кстати был канал посвященный этому делу, но как только меня устроил результат промежуточный, я на него забила(на канал, но не на тренировки) Он был частным, но мотиуация поднималась от того, что надо каждый шаг публиковать, чтоб смотреть динамику И это еще и было в период когда я сохраненки в инсту выкладывала каждый день И два «челленджа» было легче соблюдать
