Особенно понравился уровень доказательств A у рекомендации использовать визуализирующие методы для дифф. диагноза между прМР и жМР. Я даже подумал, что может быть хирурги как-то видоизменили обычную градацию рекомендаций, но нет. Гайдлайн как и положено начинается с разъяснения, что такое уровень эвиденса.
