🔺سوال: گاهی برای من کند است و یا کلا وصل نمیشود دلیل چیست؟ 👈 پاسخ: برای تعداد کمی از کاربران گاهی قطع و وصلی یا کندی وجود دارد این مشکل از سمت سرور نیست و فقط باگ نرمافزار است. راه حل: ۱. گوشی را خاموش و روشن کنید احتمالا درست میشود. ۲. اگر درست نشد، خود برنامه را حذف و نصب کنید و مجددا لینک ساب را وارد کنید درست میشود.

🔺سوال: هر بار که دکمه تمدید را میزنم، هیچ اتفاقی نمیافتد و هیچی نمیآورد دلیلش چیست؟ 👈 جواب: قبلاً دکمه تمدید را زدهاید و سفارش ثبت شده است و در انتظار ارسال رسید پرداخت قرار دارد؛ به همین دلیل دیگر ثبت مجدد نمیشود. پس گزینه «تاریخچه سفارشات» را انتخاب کنید تا سفارش تمدید نمایش داده شود، سپس رسید پرداخت را برای آن ارسال کنید.
