Подрядчики сообщили, что проект на здание готов 💃 Это большая сделка длиной в пару лет примерно. Сейчас мы на середине пути. Началась с покупки земли. Далее выбор и взаимодействие с проектной организацией. Вновь изобретенное (или хорошо забытое) АГО. Экспертиза. Получение доп участков. Разрешение на строительство (бежим). Потом будет непосредственно стройка. 🏗️ Фото со строй-площадки еще будут 🙃 Как вам кажет…

С 1 апреля 2024 года начала работать комиссия по согласованию архитектурного облика объектов строительства (АГО) при Администрации г. Иваново. Без этого согласования нельзя получить разрешение на строительство. Что ждать от комиссии не ясно. Практики еще нет.
