Ukrainian drones have disrupted power and water supplies in the Russian city of Rostov. Local authorities report drone attacks in 12 settlements in the region. In Rostov, a house and two cars were set on fire. (@belsat)
Zelensky stated that Ukraine could forgo NATO membership if it received reliable security guarantees from the US, Canada, Japan, and European countries. These guarantees would have to be equivalent to Article 5 of the NATO treaty, which governs the defense of member states.
