Ми очікували побачити цифри. Але побачили системну проблему індустрії. Сьогодні кальянний ринок в Україні демонструє стабільність, але без зростання. Більшість закладів працюють у сталому режимі: продажі не змінюються або знижуються незначно, середній чек росте, але не через розвиток. Це режим “втриматися на плаву”.
