Добры день, коллеги! Делюсь обходом блокировки YouTube. Сегодня уже не грузит с компа даже с впн. Последовала инструкции и все заработало сразу. Качаем новую версию DPI по ссылке, извлекаем содержимое архива куда удобно, и запускаем 1_russia_blacklist.cmd.
