Сдвиг к 20 Hu- это не какой-то прорыв. Снова обратившись к видеолекциям ctisus.com понимаешь, что ещё лет 10 назад про это писали, и чувствительность/специфичность этого порога не такая уж и низкая. Внизу скриншота ссылка на статью 1998 года! Сейчас знаний больше. И это вылилось в новый алгоритм. Понятный, научно обоснованный. 20 Hu и 4 см. Seow et al. И таблица в пересчёте на 100 инциденталом. При этом мы не считаем инциденталомами то, что меньше 10 мм. Гиперплазия тоже не считается инциденталомой (речь о диффузной гиперплазии, или если она узелковая, но размер узелка меньше 10 мм).
