Вот так работает рынок ребята. Людей не нужно убеждать что рынок сидра растёт и будет расти еще как минимум десять лет. Рынок чётко разделит и найдёт своего покупателя от полки в магазине с ценой в 50₽ до крафтового бара и ресторана где будет совершенно другой уровень.
Вот и закончилось наше пермское сидровое приключение.
Полгода подготовки, совместная работа команд из трех городов, информационная поддержка сидрового сообщества - и мы это сделали! Первый сидровый тур в регион и первая в Перми объединенная дегустация местных сидроделов.
Разумеется, в поездке были не только возлияния!
