@the_cooking_school #قارچ_پنیری_رویاپز قارچها رو شستم با نمک.فلفل سیاه و آویشن طعمدار کردم و با دو قاشق خامه صبحانه خوب هم زدم و یک ساعت گذاشتم یخچال تا طعم دار شدن بعد توی تابه بدون روغن چیدمشون و در تابه رو بستم ،با حرارت ملایم قارچها آب بندازن و با آب خودشون بپزن(اگر دیدید لازمه نصف استکان آب بریزید کف تابه) ،بعد دو مشت پنیر پیتزا ریختم روشون و درتابه رو بستم و صبر کردم تا پنیر آب شد.راحت و خوشمزه😋😋😋 Ashpazi_ba_ro…
