Of course, a username can be changed. That is why we are thinking about creating a bot that sends an alert every time a reported scammer changes their username. In other words, we would receive a notification whenever a scammer tries to hide behind a new username. I will propose this project to other anti-scam channels, so we can fund it together and build a stronger protection system for the whole community.
