في ليلة يوم الجمعة الماضية الموافق 1-11-2024 قامت الشركات المزودة لخدمة الإنترنت للمحرر بقطع مفاجئ للخدمة مطالبةً بمبالغ مضاعفة مقابل تقديم نفس الخدمة السابقة، ما يعني زيادة التكلفة على المستخدم النهائي، وهو ما رفضناه مباشرة وبشكل قاطع. ومنذ اللحظة الأولى لحدوث المشكلة، قمنا في شركة اتصالات سوريا بتشكيل خلية لإدارة الأزمة، تتألف من كافة التخصصات ذات الصلة، تبعها استنفار كامل لكافة كادر الشركة، وما زالت فرقنا التقنية…
