❤️ ده عادت کوچیکی که در بلندمدت اثر مثبت داره و برای سال جدید اگه انجام بدین بهترین میشین : ۱) هفتهای سه بار ورزش کنیم. ۲) هر روز برای فردا ۳-۴ اولویت کاری/فکری مشخص داشته باشیم. ۳) روزانه ۶۰ دقیقه مطالعه کنیم. ۴) روزانه ۳۰ دقیقه بنویسیم. ۵) هر روز ۷-۸ ساعت بخوابیم. ۶) به پوست و موهامون برسیم و مهارت های مختلف رو یاد بگیریم. ۷) برای سفر رفتن و گردش برنامه ریزی کنیم و توی تعطیلات شهرهای مختلف / کشور ها رو ببینیم ۸) …
