فرسته ۴ تفاوت دیگری که متوجه شدم تمایل به اصلاح در سیستم آموزشی نروژ بود و نه به " اخراج". من در این چند سال از دانش آموزان نشنیدم و در رفتارشان ندیدم که گلایه یا نقد اشان از یک دبیر همراه با درخواست آنها برای کنار گذاشتن وی باشد. مدیران و مسئولین نیز این نگاه را ندارند. تلاش دانش اموز و مدرسه عمدتا بر اصلاح است. دانش آموز خود به معلم در جهت بهتر شدن کمک می کند و معلم با روی گشاده از آنها کمک می خواهد. در صورت بروز …
