Про глютен 🌾 ⠀ Я поделюсь лишь своими наблюдениями. Сейчас столько противоречивой информации, столько страшилок… буквально можно сгнить заживо изнутри, если будешь есть глютен 😵 да да, и такое читала. А ведь людей, болеющих целиакией (непереносимостью глютена) всего 1%. Глютен я начала исключать из рациона ещё в мае по совету нутрициолога.
