Но так как эта земля под ИЖС, а он там построил кафе, а не частный дом, соответственно, это считается самовольной постройкой, которую необходимо снести, тем более постановление уже есть. Почему он не снесён до сих пор - уже вопрос к мэрии.

Давайте сейчас пока вернемся к Кудайназарову. Вот его земля под кафе "Гурман" была выкуплена у четы Азизовых в 2015 году и оформлена на Кудайназарова.

А так как тема строительства, цен на жилье и тема мигрантов очень тесно между собой связана. То сейчас начнутся массовые проверки в этой части 😈 тем более строительный сезон уже фактически начался.

А нынче в Мегино-Кангаласском улусе выборы главы 😈 надеюсь, новый глава решит все эти вопросы, связанные с Азией. А Евгений Григорьев с Бэстом, стройкой на Труда, сносом кафе на Кутузова. Иначе возникнут уже вопросы к ним самим.
