Как НЕ надо растворять камни. Нужно признать, что растворять в почках мы умеем только камни из мочевой кислоты. Другие камни в почках растворить с помощью таблеток, к сожалению, не получится. Итак, у этого пациента значимо повышено в моче количество кальция (7.1 при целевом уровне 6.25 и ниже). Уровень фосфора повышен незначительно. Оксалаты - верхняя граница нормы. Магний и цитрат - отличные. Что же с у этого пациента? У него нарушений со стороны уровней кальция и паратгормона в крови и усвоением кальция. Кальций он не переедает. Подсказка была в названии файла - "not2200". У этого пациента было не 2200 мл мочи за сутки, а 1700. Почему в бланке оказалась цифра 2200 мл история умалчивает. Пациент называл верное количество мочи администратору. Возможно, на каком-то этапе не внесли данные, а потом написали "наобум". Такие ситуации сейчас уже редки, но бывают. Профилактика камнеобразования очень часто строится на результатах анализа суточной мочи на причины камнеобразования.
