Недавно готовила чикенкацу (куриное филе в панировке) и сразу же часть отправила в морозилку. Всегда так делаю. Как приятно иметь такой запас, который выручит в нужный момент. А знаете, в чем секрет хрустящей и золотистой корочки? Сухари панки. Обычные не использую, только их. Заморозку тоже отлично переносят и посмотрите как аппетитно выглядят. В сухарях панко невероятно вкусно получается и рыба, овощи, недавно каба…
