ЗакС. Округ №24: в округе формально победил кандидат Дмитрий Павлов, активно пользовавшимся административным ресурсом. Если исключить из анализа результаты комиссий, награждённых горизбиркомом, аномальный рост его результата остаётся в часте комиссий, но с небольшим отрывом побеждает кандидат Юрий Бочков от Единой России.
ЗакС. Округ №14: второй округ, который не был украден на этапе голосования, но демонстрирует, что фальсификации не всегда используются для победы. Так, например, на первом графике можно заметить аномальный рост голосов в пользу Сергея Шукшина, но если исключить комиссии, которые наградил горизбирком, аномалии практически исчезают (за исключением УИК 490), а кандидат оказывается на четвёртом месте.
ЗакС. Округ №6: один из немногих округов, победа в котором не нарисована, но отрыв от кандидата Дмитрия Васильева заметно уменьшен за счёт фальсификаций. Если отбросить комиссии, которые наградил СПбИК, отрыв Михаила Амосова от второго места составляет ровно 2500 голосов (вместо 403 по общему результату).
ЗакС. Округ №2: в этом округе достаточно информации о 9 поданных исках из отчёта «Наблюдателей Петербурга». Отмены результата только в трёх из них достаточно, чтобы восстановить победу Борису Вишневскому. 31 УИК округа (40.26%) при этом получили награды горизбиркома. Если их исключить (третий график), отрыв Бориса Вишневского от Александра Ржаненкова, победившего за счёт фальсификаций, составляет 1186 голосов.
ЗакС. Округ №21: в этом округе были поданы иски против работы 13 УИК (16.25%), председатели которых преимущественно просто сбегали с участков без оглашения результата. Если их отменить, Игорь Малков окажется на четвёртом месте, а отрыв Ольги Галкиной от него составит 3440 голосов. При этом заметно, что некоторые сфальсифицированные протоколы остались без судебных исков: такое возможно либо потому что участок не был…
ЗакС. Округ №3: в этом округе иски были поданы по нарушениям в в 49 УИК (61.33%) за счёт того, что почти каждый из участков был покрыт наблюдением. По остальным 29 протоколам округа побеждает Игорь Королёв с отрывом в 1278 голосов от Марины Макаровой. Большая часть из этих комиссий (40 УИК или 53.33%) была награждена горизбиркомом почётными грамотами и благодарностями.
