Чуваки, а кто-то вообще при выборе места работы опирается на эти премии? Они же очевидно проплаченные, по сути, компании меряются бюджетами.
Так, ну что, доставайте попкорн: выкатили обещанное расследование про главную HR-премию страны от HeadHunter. Ее хваленую систему методично вскрыли и представили на суд всему рынку. Как это началось. Ребят с рынка взбесило, во-первых, что их компании постоянно проигрывают в рейтинге работодателей HH.ru конкурентам с гораздо более худшими показателями. Во-вторых, что многие из последних выходят в топ через накрутку и…

Мне тоже несколько человек скинули эту новость, хотел писать пост, но его вместо меня написал буквально Антон Назаров. Антону респект. В целом, самый забавный момент в том, что Bolt не избавился от HRов, а заменил на то, что называется PeopleOps, Грубо говоря вместо массовичков-затейников, с метриками типа вовлеченности и удовлетворенности, персоналом стали заниматься люди с финансовыми метриками и прочей оперэффект…
