‼️Как IRCC могут не дать вам work permit? Зацепиться за срок действия ваших отпечатков пальцев. Обычно отпечатки пальцев действительны 10 лет с момента их сдачи. Например, если вы впервые сдали их в 2018 году, значит, в базе они будут храниться до 2028 года. Если вы будете подаваться на продление, например, CUAET work permit, а мы прекрасно знаем, что сейчас украинцы смогут податься на продление только один раз, то…

‼️Вкратце - невыплата кредитов не влияет на получение ПР, тк это не является криминальной статьей, 📌НО! Есть провинции, которые при подаче на номинацию спрашивают ваш доход и кредиты, потом высчитывают чистую прибыль. 🔥ПР за 8 месяцев - КАК? Пакет был с самого начала очень правильно подан, все обьяснили, упростили как могли для рассмотрения офицером (они же тоже люди) и получили ПР достаточно быстро! 🤯 Родильный туризм в Канаде. Стоит ли рисковать будущим своего ребенка? Недавно мне предложили сотрудничество. Вести клиентов, которые хотят приехать в Канаду только для того, чтобы родить здесь ребенка и таким образом получить для него канадское гражданство. Я даже не стала рассматривать это предложение. Тут разное… и ворк пермиты продления, причем подача и март 2026 и октябрь 2025🤯. Есть здесь и ворк пермиты для подростков вместе со стади пермитами) За них мы особенно боялись, зная как сейчас ircc массово отказывает подросткам в ворк пермитах - но повезло! 🤩

Вкратце, для шоплифтинга (кража до 5000$) есть два обвинения в Канаде, со сроком и без. Даже если судья остановился на наказании без срока (полуадминистративка) - IRCC возьмет второй тип наказания для эквивалента. Для иммиграции - это подход двойного наказания 🤷🏼♀️ для не постоянных резидентов…
