В эту прохладную, но солнечную субботу мы с клиентами завершили сделку по покупке высоколиквидной новостройки в центре города. Копили 20% на первоначальный взнос, а он стал 30%. У меня классное предложение для тех, кто любит копить, но не очень любит ипотеки - рассрочка до сдачи дома с первоначальным взносом 20%. Итак, например, вот эта двухкомнатная квартира по стоимости 7,5 млн р.: первый взнос - 1,5 млн ежемесячно - 20 т.р. до октября 2025 г.
