#війна ІВК з СІЗО не зміг оскаржити націоналізацію Укрнафти Одна з трьох його кіпрських компаній-власників акцій Укрнафти програла суд першої інстанції. Це сталося ще 7 вересня 2023, однак текст рішення досі не опублікований. Про це рішення стало відомо лише в листопаді з апеляційної скарги Littop Enterprises Limited.
