( التغافل الذكي ) عندما ترقيت إلى منصب "مدير" كان من ضمن الموظفين شابٌ نشيطٌ جداً، وناجحٌ في عمله، وكان يقوم بكل ما يطلبُ منه بذكاءٍ وسرعةٍ ودقةٍ، كما أنه يحقق نسبةَ إنجازٍ عاليةً، لكنه كان لعوباً إلى حد ما.. كان يغادرُ مقرَّ عملهِ كثيراً بدون إذن، إجازاتُه وأذوناتُه أكثر من المُعتاد. ذاتَ مرة تقدّم الشاب بإجازة ليسافر مع أصدقائهِ في رحلة .. لكنني رفضتها .. !!! فما كان منه إلا أن تقدَّم بإجازةٍ مرضيةٍ ، واتصل مدعياً …
