Ускорить работу можно только несколькими способами: - Разгрузить график сотрудника - Не мешать ему работать. Ещё хороший способ, это обучение, вот только потом нужно ЗП повышать или сотрудник убежит, а как обычно с ФОТ есть ограничения. Была бы моя воля я бы всех повысил на огромные ЗП 😒
