В выходные я была на шаманском выезде для практики в Ленобласти. Мы учились взаимодействовать с духами Верхнего мира, подносили белые дары под присмотром тувинского шамана, учились входить в транс. Во время транса я отбила себе руку шаманской погремушкой – теперь хожу с синяком 😄 И осмысляю полученный опыт после практики. А по пути обратно меня сопровождала великолепная полная луна – ну, красота же?
