در مورد alp که یکی از آنزیم های کبدی هست هم توصیه به ناشتایی میشه.
۲. پس آزمایش چربی خون چی؟
تا قبل ۲۰۱۴ توصیه به ۱۲ ساعت ناشتایی میشد ولی بعد از اون توصیه به عدم ناشتایی شده مگر در موارد تری گلیسرید بالا یا مصرف برخی داروها
