Скоро выложу вам решение суда по моему иску к МТС об отключении мобильного интернета. По-моему это первый в России прецедент, когда судья рассмотрел дело до конца и вынес решение. Итог пока раскрывать не буду, оставлю небольшую интригу, но думаю всем будет интересно почитать правовые основания, почему мы сидим без мобильного интернета и что нам за это положено. Сегодня читал одно свежее определение ВС по обычному спору с застройщиком. Суть в том, что женщина купила квартиру у застройщика, затем возникли претензии и она решила обратиться в суд по своему месту жительства, как это предусмотрено ЗоЗПП.
