Судьба яхты и капитана из предыдущего поста. Само собой, клиент, он же капитан, остался без яхты, и остаток чартера провел в отеле. Депозит 3.500 евро был полностью удержан, но не покрыл и малой части расходов. Страховая компания не нашла умысла в действиях капитана и была вынуждена признать страховой случай. То есть капитан понес ответственность в рамках депозита. Владельцы яхты получив страховую выплату остались …

Продолжение. …В результате яхту стащило на прибрежные скалы, где она в нарастающем прибое сильно побилась и была затоплена. Спасатели приехали только на следующий день, т.к. в момент происшествия были заняты спасением тонущего катамарана в другой части Ибицы. Летний сезон стартовал!
