Ходят упорные слухи о том, что администрация Смоленской области ищет замену бессменному главе Руднянского района. Человек уже в возрасте, но проблема в том, что он фактически "хозяин" района, и в целом наблюдается кадровый голод. Впрочем, не менее актуален вопрос и по смене главы Новодугинского района, которого в свое время местные депутаты избрали вопреки воле губернатора.
