Ну 💣же. Я благодарна, когда вы шлете подробную обратную связь. Это важно, потому что без ос процесс получается какой-то незаконченный. Не только для меня:) Все началось после аварии. Сама авария не была страшной – отделалась испугом и парой синяков. Машину починили, но потом началось самое сложное. Настя села за руль через неделю. Просто завести тронуться. Сильный стресс, мигрени, желание все контролировать. Пришел с навязчивыми мыслями, паническими атаками, связанными с грузом прошлого, а также полным непониманием что делать дальше по жизни. В процессе работы я научился контролировать мысли, ставить цели и идти к ним. Прошлое все ещё является частью меня, но оно больше не причина моих переживаний и не тянет меня на дно.
