Сегодня у нас на завтрак была "кашка-ромашка"🌼 с тыквой. Ромашка потому, что она готовится из риса (лепестки) и пшена (сердцевинки), вот и получаются ромашки. ✨Моментик 1 - про масло гхи. Масло гхи - это обычное сливочное масло, которое очень долго топилось, за счет чего, там практически не остается лактозы, что делает масло полезнее. А еще у него сильно увеличивается точка дымления (момент когда, масло начинает гореть, а значит, становится вредным), поэтому на нем здорово жарить, что я и делаю.
