Лайфхак: если нажать на название параметра второй раз, то сортировка поменяет направление. Было от большего к меньшему, станет от меньшего к большему. И наоборот. Так, например, можно посмотреть не только самые дешевые квартиры среди всех ЖК застройщика, но и самые дорогие. Или кватиры на самых высоких этажах и самых низких.
