Отопление в дворце минойцев В Кноссе, в развалинах дворца 2700 гг до н. э. было найдено центральное отопление! Древние минойцы обогревали замок при помощи цилиндрических конструкций с полукруглыми крышами, которые размещались под полом и нагревались при помощи огня, в результате тепло распространялось по всему дворцу.
