Questão interessante ontem no julgamento sobre manter ou não a proibição de jogos de azar físicos no Brasil. Fux votou a favor de manter a proibição, Dino acompanhou o relator e acrescentou que as apostas online também deveriam entrar na lei e serem proibidas. Julgamento foi suspenso sem data pra voltar, mas é um ponto importante a ver como será a posição dos outros ministros quando o julgamento retomar

SPA vai publicar nova portaria que altera algumas coisas, principalmente no CASSINO ONLINE. Para apostadores esportivos praticamente nenhuma mudança, mas muitas mudanças para as empresas. Vou postar na próxima mensagem as mudanças previstas, mas afirmo novamente, muda pouquissima coisa pra apostador esportivo.

Quem não divulga link de afiliado e não tem parceria com casas de apostas, a única coisa que muda é não utilizar print dos bilhetes. Pra quem faz divulgação de casa de aposta, link de afiliado ou é parceiro de casa, recomendo entrar em contato com o compliance das casas pra se adequar
