Как выяснил «Коммерсант», Минюст подготовил поправки к закону "Об основных гарантиях избирательных прав граждан" о возвращении кандидатов на выборы по решению суда. Предложенная поправка обязывает избиркомы возвращать на выборы партийные списки и кандидатов, успешно обжаловавших в суде их отстранение от избирательной кампании, даже если срок подачи документов на регистрацию уже истек.
