Сегодня предлагаю обсудить время начала приема прогестерона в протоколе ЭКО Пост навеян 2 странными случаями подряд на онлайн консультации: 1 девочка - перенос на 9(!) день приема прогестерона, 2 девочка- перенос на 8 день цикла 🫠 Не знаю как так вышло, вероятно, врачи заработались…К слову, разные врачи, разные клиники, разные года протоколов.
Результат работы с пациенткой и её СПКЯ😍 Здесь мы полностью велись дистанционно. Начали с одной онлайн-консультации, затем было 3 попытки стимуляции овуляции и вот он - такой долгожданный положительный ХГЧ! Дальше планируем так же дистанционнно сопровождать беременность, а на учет девочка встанет просто в ЖК 🙌🏻
