توجه به هایپوگلسیمی نوزادان هیپوگلسیمی :ساعت اول تولد قند خون نوزاد ۶۰ الی ۸۰ درصد قند خون بیمار یا 📌در ساعت اول کمتر از ۲۵ و یا کمتر از ۶۰ درصد قند خون مادر ۴۸ ساعت اول قند خون کمتر از ۴۷ یا هر میزان قند خون که ABC چک شده باشد اما هنوز کودک استیبل نباشد در نوزاد از دکستروز ۱۰ درصد استفاده می‌شود با دوز ۵ml/kg اگر نبود گلوکاگون با دوز 0/03mg/kg و یا 💎۲۵ میلی گرم هیدروکورتیزون @rema_rums با ما همراه باشید

اگر همچنان ضربان قلب پایین باشد باید به هایپوولومی و پنوموتوراکس مشکوک شد 💢فشار خون کمتر از ۶۵ در نوزاد هایپوتنشن می باشد 💢میزان تجویز مایعات در نوزادان ۱۰ml/kg می باشد و سرم لازم در هایپوولومی نرمال سالین می باشد اگه بعد تزریق دوز اولیه نوزاد همچنان علایم شوک دارد ۱ بار دیگر هم ۱۰cc/kg به نوزاد نرمال سالین داده می شود و این دوز انتهایی می باشد اگر مایعات زیاد به نوزاد داده شود احتمال IVH افزایش می یابد @rema_rums…
