Вроде бы все просто и понятно. Я был уверен, что суд закончится за 2-3 заседания, а не за одно так как истец просил суд запросить в банках разные документы, которые на мой взгляд не имели значение для дела. Но суд соблюдая беспристрастность запросил эти документы. Четвертое, и как я надеялся последнее заседание суда, было назначено на 25 декабря 2024 г. Если кто не понял, то именно Андрей Банников был модератором провальной юридической секции на Фрешаппе 2026 и именно про него я писал, как про человека, не понимающего элементарного понятия - "добросовестный приобретатель". И именно этого человека ГРМ позиционирует как эксперта. Вам не стыдно?
