И снова тема про всяких забулдыг, наркоманов и алкоголиков, ибо выходные. TWISTED - это состояние, после того как ты, этакий затейник, одновременно употребил алкоголь и марихуану. Само слово обозначает что-то очень странное, поехавшее, ебанутенькое. Так вот, если хорошенько дунуть, да ещё и закинуть поверх этого a shot or two - именно такого состояния и достигнешь.
