Вопрос: После регистрации мой канал не виден на площадке. 🤯 Ответ: Проверь пошагово: 1. Заполнено ли расписание. 2. Добавлен ли канал в прайс-листе. 3. Включена ли работа с физическими или юридическими лицами. 4. Заполнены ли реквизиты.

Вопрос: Ошибка авторизации. Невозможно зайти. Что делать? 🤯 Ответ: 1. Попробуй обновить страницу в браузере. Возможно, потребуется очистить кеш браузера. 2. При авторизации вкладка «Телепорт» в браузере должна оставаться открыта.
