Практикую сон на полу. Первые 3 дня тяжело засыпать, но легко просыпаться. Побочные эффекты: Сон длится на час короче. Просыпаешься с лёгкостью. На протяжение дня очень заряженное состояние. P.s. Когда спишь на твёрдом позвоночник начинает вставать на свои места, от того и чувствуешь легкость на протяжение дня.
