А я в Торжке. Приехали семьёй на пару ночей. Какой же этот городок красивый мог бы быть, если бы его привели в порядок. Дети в шоках, говорят, лучше бы мы в 20й раз поехали в Выборг😁 Много разрухи, какой-то помойки, где могла бы быть неповторяемая красота. Понемногу город приводят в порядок, но ооочень медленно. Ощущение сочитания города с деревней☺️ А пока дети спят, пошла-ка я по БФМлю дочку, потом может сыночка…
Я никому ничего не должна доказывать - эта фраза во мне звучит уже несколько дней и не как мантра, в которую я должна поверить, а именно осознанием, которое дошло. Шло долго, знать знала, приходила к этому, думала, что все знаю, что так и есть - никому ничего не доказываю, но оказывается не так... А сейчас как рукой сняло 😁 после того, как съездила на обучение БФМ. И так легко стало... вот где это сидело?? Хз... Ес…

Завершился 5й модуль обучения БФМ. Начинала обучение вместе с Иришкой, на 1ом познакомились. Далее Ира быстро пошла по обучению, а я в своём темпе и вот теперь и я с 5м модулем. База взята 😅 А далее нужно супервизию, диплом и бесконечные допы😅😜 А что делать, это уже образ жизни. Вы не представляете, сколько и каких историй только не рассказывают о своей жизни студенты. Иногда думаешь, е-моё, мои проблемы это вообще …

Счастливая довольная после сеансов и бани. Могу сказать, что на 2й день 5го модуля БФМ он удался на 100% Сегодня я говорю на 200%😊 Как впихнуть все то, что дали за эти дни... Впихиваю😁 а ещё 3 дня обучения впереди💞 Кто хочет избавится от вдовиго горбика, болей в пояснице и ещё очень большой перечень всего, с вем может помочь БФМ, записывайтесь на сеансы.

БФМвский тёплый вечерок, даже комаров нет. Завтра говорят похолодает, поэтому ловлю момент. Пока тихо, никого нет. Завтра начинается новый модуль с Надеждой Леониловной Лоскутовой, автором метода. Она проводит только 5й модуль и все допы. И неужели все 5 модулей спустя почти 3 года ( в октябре будет 3😊) Ура. Отдых и учеба в одном флаконе 💞

Как отвлечься от тревожности, что вокруг? Да, природа, походить босиком и пр. Но, если при этом листать новости или даже просто шерстить интернет, пить много крепкого чая, то ни хрена не отдохнёшь!!! Вот я вчера делала это все и полночи не могла спать, тревога включилась. И вместо того, чтобы наслаждаться шумом ветра, мне лезли всякие мысли, страшные фантазии и я периодически боялась, что дерево от ветра свалится... …

Вчера практиковали БФМ в 4 руки с 14.00 и до позднего вечера, который закончился банькой и лежанием на земле между прогреванием💗 Это я лежу уже под ночь, приблеженно часам к 23.00. Кто желает БФМ в 4 руки, пишите.
