Добрый день, Лилия! Продолжаю работать с трансом "Заедание стресса. Безопасность", наверное, в течение 3-х недель регулярно прослушиваю транс. Иногда каждый день. Заметила, что транс мне помогает расслабится и отдохнуть в промежутке между 15.00 и 17.00, когда выбрасывается кортизол, я уже очень уставшая от интеллектуальной работы. В общем-то у меня всегда были проблемы с заеданием стресса и еда для меня становилась источником безопасности и способом борьбы со стрессом. Первый раз я практиковала транс "Заедание стресса.
