قالوا لنا بعض الناجحين أن طريق النجاح مصحوب بالمعاناة ويشترط بذل الكثير من الجهد ، حتى أصبحت معايير النجاح عالية لدى البعض وأصبح مفهوم النجاح يدل على عمل شاق وسنين طويلة يجب أن نعتكف فيها لصالح العمل وترك الحياة وما فيها من متع .. ولكن هل هذا صحيح ؟ في الحقيقة ليس بالضرورة أن يكون النجاح مصحوب بالمعاناة ، ولا يشترط الوصول للنجاح أن تحرم نفسك من وقتك المخصص للمتعة ، بل أن الحصول على الترفيه ضرورة والانغماس في العمل…
في الفترة السابقة تبنى العديد من طلبة علم النفس بجامعة الملك عبدالعزيز قضية "الممارسات الدينية في العلاج النفسي" وكان هنالك اجتهادات لتقليل هذه الممارسات وتوعية المجتمع بالتوجه نحو العيادة النفسية ، وهذه دلالة على حرص الطلبة على رفع الوعي المجتمعي ، ولكن لاحظت بأن هنالك من ظهر عليهم التطرف في هذه القضية وبدا يتجه نحو اخراج الدين بشكل كامل عن اطار علم النفس ، وهذا يتعارض مع البحوث والدراسات الحديثة فقد اشارت البحوث ا…
نسيان التجارب الصادمة او عدم التفكير بها لا يعني بانك تخطيت الالم ، ولنذكر مثال كالعادة لتوضيح المعنى ، لنفرض بأن هناك رجل وامرأة في علاقة عاطفية وهم في فترة الملكة حدث الانفصال بطلب من المرأة ، وكان هذا الموقف صادم بالنسبة للرجل وظل يذكُرها ويحزن على فقدها لمدة عام وبعد هذا العام لم يعد يذكرها وبدا بشكل تدريجي يعتاد على الحياة بدونها حتى ظن انه تخطى هذه الصدمة لانه لم يعد يفكر في هذه الفتاة ، ولكن هذا الرجل ظل متردد…

هذا ما قمت به سابقاً وهو ربط تقبل ما هو خارج منطقة تحكمك بالاية القرانية الكريمة ، بعض من الجانب الديني له تأثير كبير لدى البعض من الناس فيما يخص معتقدات الفرد عن ذاته وعن العالم فهي تلامس مشاعرهم وتستثير الجانب الروحي لديهم مع العلم انه لا يوجد علاج مبني على الدين ، بل هو مجرد توظيف للدين في بعض المراحل من العلاج لبعض الحالات..

لا يوجد في علم النفس ما يسمى بالشخصية الضعيفة ، إن كان مفهوم الشخصية القوية أن يطالب الفرد بحقوقه ويعترض على من يسيء إليه فهذه مهارة تدعى مهارة التوكيد يستطيع أن يتعلمها أي شخص ، فقد تجد شخص يمارس التوكيد بكفاءة لكنه ضعيف على الصعيد الاسري والوظيفي أو الاكاديمي ، والعكس صحيح لكل شخص سمات ومهارات وقدرات تميزه عن غيره فلا يوجد ما يسمى بالشخصية الضعيفة كمصطلح في علم النفس..
