Пациентка Б, 27 лет замершая беременность в малом сроке после ЭКО. Через месяц после медикаментозного прерывания в полости на УЗИ определяют полип размерами 12*7 мм с кровотоком. Понимаю, это остатки плацентарной ткани и предлагаю девушке подождать два месяца, так как за это время они могут отторгнуться самостоятельно или уменьшиться в размерах и кровоснабжении, что облегчит удаление. Правда, ждать пациентка не готов…

Пациентка А, 36 лет обратилась для удаления субмукозной миомы матки тип 1 по классификации Международной федерации акушерства и гинекологии (FIGO), которая вызывала маточные кровотечения. Пациентка Ш, 32 года. Обратилась для удаления полипа эндометрия, выявленного на УЗИ. Офисная гистероскопия без наркоза на 9й день цикла. Оказалось, что полипов много. Все удалены ножницами в уровень со стенкой матки – надёжная профилактика рецидива. Переносимость операции отличная, так как в полипах нет нервных окончаний!

Пациентка К, 39 лет. Обратилась для удаления субмукозной миомы тип 1 по FIGO размером 1 см перед ЭКО. Офисная гистероскопия без наркоза на 5 день цикла. Удалил узел ножницами, вылущив из псевдокапсулы – это наилучший вариант, так как нет травмы окружающего эндометрия и стенки матки. Беременность рекомендована через 2 месяца.
