Швецов - победитель в номинации "честность". Про задачу довести фондовый рынок до 2/3 ВВП: "Мы движемся очень быстро, хорошим темпом, но, к сожалению, в другую сторону". Ну просто топ. Минфин обсуждает закрепление порога для НДС на уровне 20 миллионов рублей для МСП, а не постепенное снижение к 10 миллионам, как было запланировано в прошлом году.
